What is your fiscal year and what month do you intend on starting Accounting functions with Partner XE?*

We recommend starting Partner Platform accounting at the beginning of a month.

Accrual vs. True Cash: Direct Bill*

Do you have any Company Receivables on your balance sheet? If so, you are accrual on direct bill

Accrual vs. True Cash on Agency Bill*

Do you have Branches or Entities set up in Partner XE?*

Note: If the agency has separate Tax IDs, they must have separate entities.

Will you be tracking Income per Branch or entity?*

Are you going to be receiving Download Commission Statements from the companies?*

For the companies that do not download do you enter in those Sales entries into the system?*

Are you paying producers commissions?*

Give us an idea of how you pay commissions?*

i.e., NBS 25% vs RWL 15%

Are you going to be using Partner XE for Employee Payroll?*

Are you going to be using Partner XE for Vendor Bills?*

Utilities, rent, office supplies, etc.

By not paying bills in Partner you will not have those numbers on your financial reports.
